Mr. Gagan Bajaj
Gagan is the visionary behind ExpressVivaah, bringing over 8 years of expertise in matchmaking and relationship guidance. With a deep foundation in Astrology, Numerology, Vastu, and Graphology, he has helped individuals and families gain clarity in important life decisions. He is also a Certified Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and a member of GJEPC (Gems & Jewellery Export Promotion Council).
The idea for this venture was born a few years ago during his consultations. Many couples approached him for guidance on relationship challenges, while parents often shared how difficult it had become to find a compatible life partner for their children. These conversations sparked a deeper realization — matchmaking is the first and most important step toward building a happy and successful personal life.
Mrs. Taruna Garg
Taruna Garg is the Director of ExpressVivaah, bringing a vision centered on trust, meaningful relationships, and customer-first values. She is committed to creating a matrimonial platform that goes beyond matchmaking by fostering genuine connections built on transparency, respect, and compatibility.
As the driving force behind the brand's vision, Taruna focuses on ensuring that ExpressVivaah delivers a safe, reliable, and user-friendly experience for individuals and families seeking lifelong partners. Mr. Attar Singh Ruhil
Attar Singh Ruhil is a highly respected fire safety and disaster management professional with over 40 years of extensive experience in fire prevention, fire protection, life safety, and risk management. He is the Founder and Proprietor of Accurate Fire Safety Equipments and Systems, a pioneering consultancy specializing in fire safety audits, fire risk assessments, fire engineering, consultancy, and the design and implementation of advanced fire protection systems.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Ruhil has served several prestigious government organizations, including Delhi Fire Service, Oil and Natural Gas Commission (ONGC), and Haryana Power Generation Corporation (HPGCL), Government of Haryana. He dedicated 24 years to the Government of Haryana, rising to the position of Chief Fire Officer and Head of the Fire Department before his retirement on 31st December 2008.
Since 2008, Mr. Ruhil has been leading fire safety consultancy projects across diverse industries, providing expert guidance on fire protection planning, engineering designs, technical specifications, and compliance with the National Building Code (NBC) of India. Under his leadership, Accurate Fire Safety Equipments and Systems has successfully delivered consultancy and installation projects using modern fire protection technologies, supported by a team of highly qualified fire safety experts.
As a Director of ExpressVivaah, Mr. Ruhil brings exceptional expertise in governance, compliance, infrastructure safety, risk management, and operational excellence. His vast experience in leading large-scale public safety initiatives and managing complex projects strengthens ExpressVivaah's commitment to professionalism, trust, and building a secure and dependable platform for families, members, and business partners.
Mr. Surendra Mehta
Surendra Mehta is a seasoned corporate leader and finance professional with decades of distinguished experience in corporate governance, financial management, and capital markets. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree, a Diploma in Accountancy from the United Kingdom, and the prestigious LAAI qualification from the United Kingdom, reflecting his strong academic and professional foundation.
Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Mehta has held key leadership positions including Senior Vice President, Executive Director, and Member of the Board of Directors across five private limited companies. His strategic vision, financial expertise, and governance capabilities have played a pivotal role in driving organizational growth and operational excellence.
In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Mr. Mehta has also served as a Stock Broker at the Delhi Stock Exchange, providing him with deep insights into financial markets, investments, corporate finance, and regulatory frameworks.

Priyaksh Garg is the Founder & CEO of ShubhiTech Private Limited, a technology company specializing in custom software development, digital transformation, AI-powered solutions, and enterprise applications. With a strong vision for building scalable and innovative technology, he has successfully led the development of solutions across industries including healthcare, education, hospitality, dairy, e-commerce, and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
